Zinza's mission is to create the highest quality softwares that exceed customer's expectations. Not only the global-quality code, we also offer a full cycle of software creation services, from infrastructure design, architecture, UI/ UX design to overall system maintenance and monitoring.

About Us

Zinza was founded in 6/2016, started with 4 founders who had many experiences in outsourcing field with Japan and America. Until now, Zinza has grown to 200 staffs, with 2 development centers located in Ha Noi, Danang. Although Zinza is still a young company, we are proud that we could deliver the best products to customers including awesome silicon valley America companies. With full of young talent staffs who master both english/japanese and technology, graduated from the top universities in Vietnam, we have confidence that we are the best choice partner.

Nguyen Thanh Hai

CEO and Founder

I have been working in the outsourcing field for 15 years since I graduated from the university in 2004.

With the experience to work with lots of big customers like Hitachi, Mizuho, Fujifilm, as well as start-up companies and funds, I am always confident to understand whatever customers want.

 

With the desire to utilize that knowledge to better serve customers, I founded Zinza Technology as an IT outsourcing company with the slogan "Beyond the expected".

 

I strongly believe that our excellent staffs could generate the best quality products and contribute to the customer's success.

  • Nguyen Thanh Hai

    CEO

    Graduating Hanoi University of Technology in 2004. After graduation, he became a developer at FPT Japan then was in charge of projects related to Finance, Retail, Medical Systems (Manager) until 2010. From 2011 to 2013, he was in charge of outsourcing projects from Japanese customers at FPT Software (Viet Nam). After that, he worked as a development department manager at AltPlus VietNam (Child Company of Japanese Company). From 06/2016, he established ZINZA Technology Company.

  • Le Quang Hung

    CTO

    Graduating University of Communication and Transport in 2010. He engaged as an engineer at FPT software company. In the course of the work, he had experience in medical system software, the development of electrical circuit design software. In 2015, he left FPT software and ran his freelancer group as a leader. In June 2016, he joined ZINZA Technology.

  • Nguyen Xuan Cuong

    Senior Bridge SE

    Graduating Institute of Technology (HEDSPI project) in 2014 and then he joined the AltPlus Vietnam company. He has experience in developing and operating mobile web services and social games projects. Also has experience in developing iOS, Android, and hybrid apps there. He took N1 (highest level) at Japan Proficiency Test (JLPT). He joined ZINZA in June 2016.

  • Le Minh Quan

    Senior Bridge SE

    Graduating Institute of Technology in 2010. After graduation, he joined the FPT software company and worked as a developer in the medical software development projects for the Japanese market for over 2 years. Then, he participated in the company’s BrSE training courses and after finishing this course with excellent result, he worked in customer’s office for about 2 years. He joined ZINZA Technology in June 2016.
